How Cardio improves your life

Endurance training makes you healthier, slimmer and even happier. That’s why cardio elements are not only part of every good workout, but ideally in everyday life.

We have all heard that you should somehow lose weight from endurance training. But a good fat burning is only one benefit of the so-called cardio training. The price for sweat is even higher:

  • Our lungs work better and thus also increase the fitness and load capacity of the body
  • We achieve a more optimal use of oxygen
  • We improve our concentration
  • Overall higher energy balance
  • Increased production of red blood cells
  • Strengthened immune system
  • Lower blood pressure
  • Higher stress tolerance
  • Increased release of happy hormones

Training Goals:

  • Burn calories
  • Tone muscles
  • Increase Endurance

Tips:

  • If you need breaks – TAKE THEM!

Equipment: Mat (optional)

We recommend switching up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover and to hit them from different angles.
