Do This Everyday To Lose Weight – a 13 minutes workout which is gonna train your full body. You can do this everyday if you want a quick and effective training routine. The program consists of 3 sets with 7 exercises each, 5sec to 10sec rest and 15sec rest between sets. 

Do This Everyday To Lose Weight Workout:

SET 1:

  1. Cross body mountain climbers
  2. Burpees
  3. High knees
  4. In and out squats
  5. Push ups with mountain climbers
  6. Skater jump
  7. Spiderman plank

SET 2:

  1. Cork screw
  2. Plank jacks
  3. Reverse lunge
  4. Jumping lunges
  5. Up and down plank
  6. Triceps toe touch
  7. Burpees

SET 3:

  1. Plank with bunny hop
  2. Jumping jacks
  3. Lateral lunge curtsey (L)
  4. Lateral lunge curtsey (R)
  5. Heisman
  6. Bicycle crunch
  7. High knee

Training Goals:

  • Abs
  • Core
  • Arms
  • Back
  • Chest
  • inner and outer tighs
  • booty


  • Make adjustments in case you need to

Equipment: Mat

We recommend switching up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover and to hit them from different angles.
