HIIT & ABS FOLLOW ALONG WORKOUT – Simeon Panda and his girlfriend give you a follow along HIIT workout, which is especially good for your abs.

The Warm up

  1. Burpees (x10)
  2. Step-ups (x10)
  3. Bench jump over (x10)
  4. Alternate Side Bench jump (x10)
  5. Rest

Repeat three times

  1. Knee raises (10x)
  2. Seated Knee Tucks (10x)
  3. Reverse crunch (10x)
  4. Rest

Repeat three times

Why it’s important to have strong abdominal muscles (core strength)

  • improved balance and stability
  • prevents back pain
  • upright prosture

Tips for the HIIT & ABS FOLLOW ALONG WORKOUT:

  • Warm up your body
  • To increase the challenge: Increase the number of sets from 3-4z

Equipment: bench, pull-up bar

We recommend switching up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover and to hit them from different angles.
